Jody Layer
Ottawa Lead — Association & Project Management
Jody is a consultant with twenty-five years experience and is instrumental in the timely and effective completion of all of our client projects. Jody is lead in our Association & Project Management practice area for the Health HR Group in Ottawa.
Jody supports clients across a range of areas. On the research side, Jody is active in designing surveys and assisting in data retrieval and formatting as well as contacting and scheduling consultations for various projects.
In her project management work, Jody assists clients by maintaining records of all financial transactions, assisting in the preparation, processing and tracking of contracts, sub-contracts, proposals, budgets, invoices and payments. A key part of her work also is in the area of event management where she assists the firm’s clients in all facets of planning for national meetings.
Jody has a B.A. in Psychology and English from Bishop’s University.
When Jody is not busy managing all aspects of a national health association event, she can be found in her kitchen producing baking masterpieces, including her house favourite.
