Chris LeClair

Chris LeClair serves as a senior adviser to the Health HR Group and has in-depth knowledge of health policy. He leads HHR Group’s strategy development and regulatory reform practice areas.

For over twenty years, Chris has provided health policy consulting to various organizations. Most recently, he has assisted with the amalgamation of provincial regulatory colleges in the nursing profession in Prince Edward Island. He was retained by the Co-Chairs of the Health Care Innovation Working Group to assist with the development of Provincial and Territorial cooperation on the adoption of innovative models of care.

Previously, Chris served as Chief of Staff to the Premier and Leader of the Opposition in Prince Edward Island. Before entering politics, Chris spent 12 years as the owner of an Ottawa-based management consulting company called Association Strategy Group.

Chris holds a B.A. in Political Studies from Bishop’s University and a M.A. Political Science from McMaster University.

Chris is an avid mountain biker and when he is not involved in a strategic planning project, he is likely trying to conquer the latest climb on his favorite trail.
