Patrick Mason
Lead — Technology and Digital Strategy
Patrick is a senior associate of Health HR Group, leading the digital and technology services practice area. He also runs his own firm, Tech Markets, where he has developed a core specialization in IT strategy and transformation for member-based health associations and regulatory bodies.
Patrick has a unique ability to discern the technology needs of associations and connect systems to administration and service-delivery needs, all the while communicating to both technical and non-technical clients in terms they understand. He has worked with multiple health organizations with a particular emphasis on technology needs of regulatory bodies in the nursing and paramedicine professions, among others.
Prior to entering the consulting world, Patrick spent 15 years working in IT systems and the financial services sector.
Patrick is a bilingual consultant and holds a BSc and MBA from Dalhousie University.
When Patrick is not busy doing IT transformation, he spends his time with his family in PEI renovating a 100-year old farm house and harassing local sailors in his over-powered boston whaler.
